Our new CD with the first recordings of the String Quartet No. 5 op. 83 in A major and the String Quintet op. 89 in E major (together with Alexander Hülshoff, violoncello) by Friedrich Gernsheim has just been released by cpo and is now available in stores.

In October we will continue our recording of all string quartets and string quintets by Friedrich Gernsheim with the String Quartet No. 4 in E minor op. 66. The work will be released as Vol. 3 together with the String Quintet op. 9 in D major, which we recorded with David Quiggle, viola, in May of this year.
