A dream comes true! We are starting our own festival in the beautiful village Bernried/Starnberger See! We begin with a Blues/Groove/Jazz Night on 30.7. in the Buchheim Museum and a Sommerserenade on 12.8. in the Sommerkeller.

We have now continued the recording of the five string quartets by Friedrich Gernsheim for cpo with his third string quartet op. 51 in F major. On CD Vol. 1 you will also hear his string quartet op. 25 in c minor, which we have already recorded in February 2017.
The comprehensive DVD set about Max Reger is now available at specialized retailers. For this film project by Fugue State Films we recorded the string sextet op. 118 together with Roland Glassl and Wen-Sinn Yang. You can watch the second movement on YouTube.
Last Thursday a video about our quartet was shot in Nymphenburg Palace. Apart from short interviews, excerpts from Schubert's String Quartet "The Death and the Maiden" will be heard.
We have now started the recording of the five string quartets by Friedrich Gernsheim (1839-1916) for cpo with his first quartet op. 25 in c minor. Next will follow in summer 2017.

On the 100th anniversary of Max Reger we will record one of his greatest chamber works, the string sextet in f major op. 118 for a British film project of Fugue State Films on DVD. Our guests will be Roland Glassl, viola and Wen-Sinn Yang, cello.
